Apr 9-10 played host to the annual Rose Cup Tournament hosted by T-Hills Water Polo (Portland, OR). Northwest sent its 12u team coed to compete in the youth water polo tournament which featured club teams form all over Washington and Oregon. 

Saturday Northwest 12s got off to strong start with a 13-3 win over Lake Oswego Black (Lake Oswego, OR). T-Hills. Game two against Lake Oswego Red (Lake Oswego, OR) told a similar story as the 12s kept up the defensive effort to end the match 8-2. Sunday saw the team scrimmage against T-Hills before moving on to face Lake Oswego Black. The final game against LOWPO saw the teams battle for a solid half before the Orcas separated in the fourth quarter to end the contest 14-6. Over the weekend the team post a 4-0 record and had a blast!
